Welcome to College Essay Optimizer, LLC (doing business as "College Essay Organizer"). Access to this website (the "Site") is currently being provided to you, subject to your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change and revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time as College Essay Optimizer, LLC, determines and without prior notice. If you violate the terms of this Agreement you will have your access canceled and you may be permanently banned from using the Site and any interactive services. You should check these Terms and Conditions periodically. By using the Site after we post changes to these Terms and Conditions, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you actually review them.
These Terms and Conditions also apply to any webinars or online seminars that we or our agents may conduct (each, a “Webinar”). As used in these Terms and Conditions, the term “Site” will include any such Webinars, even if they do not originate on or through the Site, unless otherwise indicated by the context.
Entering or using the Site will constitute your acceptance of both the Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions, whether you have read them or not. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not enter or use the Site.
We do not discriminate on the basis of age, race, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, or religion.
Nothing contained herein shall preclude College Essay Optimizer, LLC, its owners, or agents from seeking monetary damages and/or equitable relief against any person who violates any of these Terms of Use or this contract.

By accessing the College Essay Organizer website and/or any Webinar, you acknowledge that the Site contains graphics, code, information, data, software, photographs, videos, typefaces, music, sounds, and/or other materials that are protected by copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights, and that rights are valid and protected in all forms existing now or yet to be developed. College Essay Optimizer, LLC, reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted) and to change or update information, including pricing, at any time without prior notice. Further, College Essay Optimizer, LLC, reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders containing any error, inaccuracy, or omission, whether or not the order has been submitted or confirmed, or whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, College Essay Optimizer, LLC, shall promptly issue a credit to your credit card. We apologize for any inconvenience.
DMCA Notices
It is our policy not to permit materials known by us to be infringing to remain on the Site. If you believe that anything on the Site infringes someone else's intellectual property rights, please let us know immediately.

Once we receive proper notice of claimed infringement under the DMCA, we will respond promptly to remove the material claimed to be infringing and will follow the procedures specified in the DMCA to resolve the claim by the person who sent us the notice.

If a counter-notice is received by the College Essay Optimizer Copyright Agent, we may send a copy of the counter-notice to the original complaining party telling them that it may replace the removed content or stop disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, the removed content may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter-notice, in our sole discretion.

CollegeEssayOrganizer.com, as well as page headers, custom graphics, buttons, images, and other content on the Site, is subject to trademark, service mark, trade dress, copyright, and or other proprietary or intellectual property rights or licenses held by College Essay Optimizer, LLC. Except as expressly authorized, the use or misuse of any trademarks, trade names, logos, images, graphics, or content from the Site is strictly prohibited.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds permitted.
Termination of account

The college essays you upload to your private College Essay Organizer website account will not be shared by College Essay Optimizer LLC with any outsider. Your college essays remain your personal property and will not be shared publicly by College Essay Optimizer LLC unless you give the expressed consent.
Miscellaneous
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and College Essay Optimizer, LLC, with respect to the Site. These Terms and Conditions you are reviewing supersede all prior communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written between you and College Essay Optimizer, LLC, with respect to the Site. No modification of these Terms and Conditions shall be effective unless done so by College Essay Optimizer, LLC, or its representative.
